Business days are counted as Monday-Fridays excluding any public holidays,starting from the day after you order.
During peak times(Sept-Jan) wait times do increase and can be up to 4 weeks. We do our best to have items out within this time frame although we take no responsibility for having items to you by a specific date.Please take this into account when ordering. These processing times still apply if you are using afterpay.
WE SHIP AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND WIDE! PLEASE ALLOW 10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM US COMPLETING YOUR ORDER FOR POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA AND ONE AND A HALF WEEKS FOR NZ.
All orders will be delivered by fastway couriers or Australia post.All items sent through our courier or Australia post parcel post include tracking,excluding the following: Items sent through Australia post using the “large envelope” option such as some names(xsmall only) shapes & cake toppers, do not come with a tracking number. This is postage varying from $2-7 price ranges.
If you would like your parcel left without a signature, please place this in the order notes section on checkout, so we can mark the parcel this way. Note though that if you give authority to leave the parcel, we will take no responsibility for it being lost or stolen once delivered.
WA & NT attract a higher fee than what you may expect.
We only charge what Australia post & Fastway charge, so keep in mind that all packing materials are courtesy and goodwill from us.
Once parcels have left our factory,no responsibility will be taken for loss or damage. Custom wholesale designs is not obliged too replace any items broken during transit or by Australia Post or its affiliates. We do pack our parcels secure to ensure no damages occur,but unfortunately this may still happen at times. The way you open your package matters also,so please take care when doing this.
In the event that your account info is not kept up to date and your parcel is sent to the wrong address,we will not be held responsible. This includes your PayPal address also. We will not replace your order. If your order is sent back to us due to wrong address or you not contacting the relevant shipping department, we will re-ship it to you at your own cost.
If the parcel is not returned to us,we will NOT re-cut the order free of charge.
